Shipping and Handling
We ship orders via USPS First Class Mail, usually within one or two business days. As soon as we ship an order, we will send the tracking information and expected delivery date to your email address. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be available right away, and USPS can't track international packages once they've cleared customs.
All of our crafts are packaged in flat boxes and shipped inside weatherproof bubble mailers to make sure your purchase arrives safely.
Pickup orders may be picked up in person or delivered to the address you provided, within one or two business days. This option is only available to residents of Eugene and Springfield in Oregon. Please use the discount code PICKUP when placing orders on our store.
International orders require a phone number for Customs forms, in order for your country's Customs Office to contact you in the rare event there is a question or problem with your package.
Please contact us if you're interested in expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air. Expedited shipping will cost more than First Class Mail, but we're happy to meet your needs.
